Institutional Governance

The Institute widely recognizes the importance of Institutional Governance. Key aspects of the institutional governance framework at Caltech integrates all members of the Caltech community, including the Audit and Compliance Committee, executive management, and faculty, staff, and students.

All of these components complement one another by design and are aligned with key elements of the Institute Compliance Program, some of which are displayed in the corresponding boxes.
