Effective Compliance & Ethics Program

The Institute Compliance Program is aligned with the elements of an Effective Compliance and Ethic Program, as detailed in the US Federal Sentencing Guidelines. The guidelines establish the Gold standard by which all Compliance Programs are measured today. When we developed the framework for the Program, we carefully thought through each of the seven elements on the screen and developed processes designed to embrace the business environments at both Campus and JPL.

Recently the Department of Justice (DOJ) published the updated version of the Department's Guidance Document on Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs. The changes implemented in the Revised Evaluation Guidance are to integrate some additional details and clarifications indicative of the Department's latest thinking on effective compliance programs as the keystone to the prevention, detection and remediation of wrongdoing.
